Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 (7 oz.) jars carrot baby food
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well. Bake in two greased and floured loaf pans in a 375\u00b0 oven or 350\u00b0 if using glass loaf pans.
    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
