Tropical Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. banana extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. mashed bananas

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except bananas, in a bowl.
Beat 3 minutes.
Fold in bananas.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch layer cake pans or 1 (9 x 13-inch) pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool.
Frost with spicy cream cheese frosting.
Garnish top with banana slices.
