Rare Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. beef roast
    salt and pepper to season
Preparation
    Rub meat with salt and pepper.
    Put into pan, fat side up. Do not cover or add water.
    Have oven preheated to 375\u00b0.
    Cook meat for 1 hour. Turn off heat.
    Do not open oven door at anytime. Thirty or 40 minutes before serving, turn oven to 375\u00b0 again and cook meat for 30 minutes.
    Put the roast in oven anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for evening meal.
    Very good to slice leftovers if any left for sandwich.
    Tape oven door if necessary to keep from opening.
