Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in oil.
    Add rest of ingredients and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
