Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. cottage cheese
3 1/2 oz. turkey ham, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
2 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Cook shells in boiling salt water according to package directions until tender but still firm. Drain.
