Health Bran Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Bran Flakes
2 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped dates
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
4 beaten eggs
1 c. honey
1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. oil
Preparation

Combine bran, oats, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add chopped nuts, dates and lemon rind.
Stir in beaten eggs, honey and yogurt, mixing well.
Blend in oil.
Pour in buttered 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Makes 24 bars to be fed to hungry children.
