1 pkg. Pillsbury sugar cookie roll
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
5 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
favorite canned and fresh fruit
Preparation

Spray a large cookie sheet with Pam cooking spray.
Spread entire cookie dough roll out onto the cookie sheet.
Bake as directed, until lightly browned.
Cool completely.
