Yiayia'S Greek Chicken Breasts With Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breast halves (with or without skin)
salt and pepper
oregano
1/2 stick butter (do not use margarine)
juice of 1 or 2 lemons
6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and quartered
water
Preparation

Wash and dry chicken.
Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Spray baking pan lightly with cooking spray.
Place seasoned chicken into baking pan, meaty side down.
Dot with butter. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken.
Add a small amount of water to pan.
Cook for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
Turn chicken over.
Place potatoes around chicken.
Turn potatoes to coat with drippings. Add a little more salt and pepper to the potatoes if you like. Bake an additional 1/2 hour or until chicken is done.
Serves 6 to 8.
