Sausage Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean special recipe pork sausage
    5 c. day old cornbread, crumbled
    1 large purple onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. ground sage
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large frying pan, lightly brown sausage.
    Add celery and onion and cook about 10 minutes.
    Mix crumbs, sage and chicken broth.
    Add sausage, onion and celery.
    Mix well.
    Bake in buttered 9 x 12-inch baking dish at 350\u00b0 until browned (depending on oven, can be between 30 and 45 minutes).
