Thick White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour and salt and let bubble up together.
Take off heat, add milk all at once and cook over low to medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
