Chicken Frickey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken parts
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. onion
    3 to 4 dashes seasoned salt
    3 c. flour
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Flour your chicken down as if you're going to fry it.
    Place in roasting pan.
    Put your diced celery, onion and green pepper on top of chicken.
    Put a little water on the bottom of pan with butter slices on top of chicken also.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Good with rice or mashed potatoes.
