Refrigerator Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. hot water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 well beaten egg
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
    Let rise in container.
    In a large bowl, combine hot water, 1/3 cup sugar, oil and salt.
    Cool and add yeast mixture, egg and flour.
    Blend well. Oil top of dough and cover with dry cloth to let double in bulk. Mash down and knead on flour covered board.
    Shape into rolls and let rise.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
    Dough will keep in refrigerator for a week.
