Microwave Caramel Corn(Excellent) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. popped corn
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 stick melted butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. white syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cut off about 4 inches from the top of a large brown paper bag.
    Place popped corn in the bag.
    Sprinkle the nuts over the popcorn (don't shake the bag; nuts should rest on top of popped corn).
