Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

2 (20 oz.) cans chunk unsweetened pineapple, drained
3/4 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Grease a large ovenproof bowl.
Pour the pineapple into the prepared bowl.
Combine the sugar and flour and sprinkle over the pineapple.
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the pineapple, then the cracker crumbs.
Pour the butter over the top.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
