Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter
    medium sharp grated cheese
    sour cream
Preparation
    Wash potatoes thoroughly and dry.
    Wrap with foil and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until tender to touch.
    Unwrap and let cool 30 minutes.
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out the inside, saving the hulls.
