Layered Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe avocados
1 tomato, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. minced onion
hot pepper sauce to taste
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 oz. pkg. taco seasoning
32 oz. can refried beans
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 1/2 oz. can chopped ripe olives
Preparation

Peel and mash avocados.
Add 1 chopped tomato, salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder, minced onion and hot pepper sauce; set aside.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning; set aside.
