Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground meat
1 pod garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. chili mix (Lawry's or Schilling)
1 medium size can stewed tomatoes
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. corn tortillas (12 to 15)
1 small can enchilada sauce
1 c. onions, chopped
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Use a 4-quart casserole dish.
Saute meat with garlic until meat is pink.
Add all ingredients, except cheese.
Cut tortillas into strips and stir into mixture.
Put in oven.
When ingredients get bubbly, sprinkle on cheese.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, until done.
