Stuffed Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box herb Stove Top stuffing mix
1 or 2 lb. fish
lemon juice
butter
parsley
Preparation

Make stuffing mix as it is on box.
Set aside to cool, then sprinkle fish real good with lemon juice, then stuff fish and roll up.
Place in a pan end on bottom.
Dot with butter and lemon juice.
Sprinkle parsley over fish and bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
