Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs (unbeaten)
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and cinnamon. Add Wesson oil and eggs; mix for 3 minutes. Mix in 3 cups of finely grated carrots and 1 cup chopped nuts. Stir with spoon. Bake at 300\u00b0.
