Granola Cereal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. sesame seed (optional)
    1 c. sliced almonds
    1 or 2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pure oil
    2 c. honey
    7 c. rolled oats
    1 c. wheat germ
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Use a large pan 2 to 3-inches high.
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    In a separate bowl, mix well the honey, oil and vanilla. Pour over dry mixture.
    Work with hands or large spoon.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 to 275\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until toasty brown.
    Stir every 10 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Add raisins after cereal is baked or they will be hard.
