Butternut Squash Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. water (from cooking squash)
1 c. cooked squash
1/2 c. raisins or mixed fruit
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Beat shortening, eggs, water and squash. Combine with dry ingredients until dry mix is moist. Pour into greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
