Lasagna Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    spaghetti sauce
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Add thawed and drained spinach, Ricotta and Mozzarella cheeses and salt.
    Cook and drain noodles.
    Spread spoonful of meat mixture on each noodle; roll up.
    Arrange, seam side down, in shallow casserole.
    Prepare spaghetti sauce; spoon over rolls.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
