Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    2 sticks oleo, melted
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake in 375\u00b0 oven in greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 25 to 30 minutes, until lightly browned.
