Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. very lean ground beef (ground round or chuck)
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. catsup
2/3 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix all together and put in pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Spoon off any grease which collects on top.
