Chicken Breasts With Artichokes And Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt and pepper
    3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    9 oz. pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
    1/4 lb. thinly sliced ham
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    pinch of thyme
Preparation
    Coat chicken strips with flour, salt and pepper mixture.
    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and cook chicken until lightly browned.
    Add broth, wine, artichoke hearts and ham; heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Stir in peas.
    Cook for 5 minutes more or until chicken is tender.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Serve with rice.
