Easy Barbecue Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 (10 count) can biscuits
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring to crumble; drain.
    Add barbecue sauce and onion; stir well.
    Set aside.
    Separate biscuits and place 1 each in muffin cups or muffin pan, pressing up sides.
    Spoon meat mixture evenly into biscuit cups.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yield: 10 servings.
