Congealed Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 c. cold water
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. fresh orange juice
    1 1/2 c. seedless grapes
    1 large apple, chopped
    1 small orange
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water; stir in hot water.
    Add sugar and salt; stir until dissolved.
    Blend in orange and lemon juices. Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
    Fold in grapes, fruit and nuts.
    Put into a 5-cup bowl or mold.
    Oil bowl or mold before putting in mixture.
    Chill until firm.
