Rich Herb Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. buttermilk or plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. minced peeled onion
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a small bowl.
Covered, sauce will keep several days in the refrigerator.
Makes about 2/3 cup.
For maintenance diet, allow 3 tablespoons.
