Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. comino seed
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 cans tomato sauce
    2 cans kidney beans or pinto beans
Preparation
    Brown meat until all is brown.
    Add onion.
    Cook until onion is clear and no longer firm.
    Add salt, pepper, chili powder and comino seed.
    Stir to blend all flavors.
    Add tomato sauce and stir as you add.
    Add sugar and taste to adjust seasonings.
    Add drained beans.
    Stir gently.
    Cover and cook on low for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
