Quick And Easy Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    1 medium green pepper, cored and cut into rings
    1 medium onion, cut crosswise into thin slices
    1 can whole Italian tomatoes (undrained), cut up (14 oz.)
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/4 c. red Burgundy wine
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a 10-inch square baking dish, arrange chicken, skin side down, with meatiest portions toward outside of dish.
    Arrange green pepper and onion slices on top.
