Oyster Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. finely minced parsley
    1 (8 oz.) can whole oysters
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter in a large saucepan.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper, celery salt and parsley.
    Cook until bubbly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in milk gradually.
    Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Stir in oysters and liquid.
    Heat to serving temperature.
    Serve sprinkled with minced parsley.
