Three-Pepper Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green peppers
    2 sweet red peppers
    2 sweet yellow peppers
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    2 c. jicama strips
Preparation
    Seed peppers and cut into 1/4-inch strips.
    Saute peppers in oil 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Stir in seasonings.
    Chill. Before serving, stir in jicama.
