Pickled Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt
    1 lb. fresh button mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 bay leaves
    3/4 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt to 3 cups of cold water.
    Wash mushrooms in this.
    Drain.
