Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
3/4 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. hot coffee
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Makes 3 layers or 2 layers and 6 cupcakes.
Sift flour and dry ingredients.
Add oil, coffee, milk and sugar.
Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
Add 2 eggs and vanilla.
Beat 2 more minutes. Batter will be thin.
Bake in 3 (9 x 1 1/2-inch) pans.
Line bottom of pan with wax paper.
Grease pans.
Grease wax paper.
Use 1 3/4 cups cake batter per pan.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes.
Turn on cooling racks.
