Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded raw unpeeled zucchini squash
    1 c. chopped nuts
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Pour into loaf pans, sprayed with Pam.
    Bake 1 hour or until golden brown in 325\u00b0 oven.
    Yield: 2 loaves.
