Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon extract
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
zest of 1 lemon
juice from 1 lemon
about 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
In separate bowl, mix sugar, butter, extract, eggs and milk.
Add to flour mixture and stir.
Mix in pecans and lemon peel.
Bake for about 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a greased loaf pan.
