Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Mix all but rhubarb well.
Cut rhubarb in 1-inch lengths, fold into other mixture.
Pour into well-greased and floured 13 x 9 1/2-inch pan.
