Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sugar
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat oil and sugar together.
Add eggs and bananas, beat well. Add dry ingredients, milk and vanilla.
Mix well.
Stir in nuts; pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Cool well, store overnight before cutting.
