Jello Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box orange Jell-O
    2 c. hot water
    1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges
    2 large bananas
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapples or 20 oz. can
    1 pt. orange sherbet
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O and hot water together and let cool.
    After Jell-O cools, add orange sherbet to Jell-O.
    Stir together then add fruit and chill.
    If too sweet, add 1 cup chopped celery, 1 1/2 apples, chopped.
