Beef And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef (London broil)
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. grated gingerroot
    2 c. beef broth
    2 c. rice
    1/4 c. oyster sauce
    6 c. broccoli
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cut partially frozen steak across grain, diagonally, into thin slices.
    Cut slices in 1 1/2-inch strips.
    Combine 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 2 tablespoons oil and gingerroot.
    Stir in meat strips.
    Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours.
    Stir together broth, remaining 2 tablespoons soy sauce, remaining 2 tablespoons cornstarch and oyster sauce; set aside.
