Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. 10x sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
fresh strawberries or peaches
Preparation

Mix together flour, butter and sugar.
Press this into a 9-inch pan and bake 8 to 9 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Cool.
Blend cream cheese, 10x sugar and Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust.
Bring water, sugar and cornstarch to a boil, then add 1/2 box small jello and boil until dissolved.
Spread over cream cheese mixture when it starts to jell.
Arrange fruit over the top from center out.
Can also use fresh peaches.
