Congealed Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cream cheese (large)
    1 large can pineapple, drained (save juice)
    1/2 pt. coffee cream
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 small jar maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Mash cream cheese. Heat to boiling the pineapple juice and Jell-O. Cool. Add cream cheese, pineapple, pecans and coffee cream. Garnish with cherries and pecans. Chill.
