Layered Broccoli Souffl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. cooked and drained frozen broccoli
    1/4 c. flour
    1 t. salt
    1/4 c. reduced fat melted butter
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    8 oz. fat free sour cream
    10 sliced reduced fat American cheese
    1 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/4 c. melted reduced fat butter
Preparation
    Melt 1/4 c. butter in a saucepan.
    Stir in flour and salt. Cook over low heat until bubbly.
    Add milk, stirring constantly, and cook until thickened.
    Stir in sour cream and remove from heat.
    Place half of the broccoli in a buttered casserole dish. Arrange half of the cheese slices over the broccoli and then top with half of the white sauce.
    Repeat.
    Sprinkle cornflake crumbs evenly over final layer of white sauce.
    Drizzle remaining melted butter over crumbs.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
    Serve hot.
