Potato Flour Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. potato flour*
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Beat the egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar; continue beating. Add well beaten egg yolks and lemon juice.
    Fold in the potato flour.
    Place in baking pan; bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) for 45 minutes.
