Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. warm water
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    5 beaten eggs
    2 c. grated cheese
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast and 1/2 cup warm water well.
    Add the next 4 ingredients.
    Stir in eggs, cheese and flour.
    Knead well.
    Let rise until double.
    Punch down.
    Let rest 10 minutes.
    Make 2 or 3 balls.
    Shape into loaves.
    Place into well-greased pans.
    Let rise until double.
    Bake 2 large loaves at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or 3 small loaves at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
