"Light" Chocolate-Grand Marnier Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chocolate wafers, finely crushed
    1 1/2 c. nonfat cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Grand Mariner
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Sprinkle chocolate wafer crumbs in bottom of an 8-inch spring-form pan and put aside.
    Using a food processor, mix the cream cheese and next 6 ingredients together until smooth.
    Add egg and process until blended.
    Fold in chocolate chips.
    Slowly pour mixture over crumbs in pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake is set.
    Let cool in pan on wire rack.
    Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
    Remove sides of pan and onto a serving platter.
