No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed beef
    4 cubed, raw potatoes
    6 sliced carrots
    2 pieces celery, cut up
    1 sliced onion
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 c. V-8 juice
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place meat on bottom of pan, then add your vegetables.
    Mix together tapioca, sugar, salt and garlic salt; sprinkle mixture on top of vegetables.
    Pour V-8 juice over. Cover with foil and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
