New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 7/8 c. graham crackers, crumbled
    1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick)
    1 c. sugar, divided
    2 lb. cream cheese or 4 (8 oz.) pkg.
    2 large eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a bowl place graham cracker crumbs, butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
    Blend well.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons of mixture for garnishing.
    Press remaining mixture onto bottom and sides of greased 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Chill in freezer while preparing the filling.
