Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped (optional)
    1/2 stick butter
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli cuts, thawed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) jar mild Mexican Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Cook rice; set aside.
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Mix broccoli and soup in a saucepan.
    Stir and simmer.
    Add Cheez Whiz, onion and celery; mix well.
    Add cooked rice.
    Heat in a greased 2-quart covered casserole dish 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
