Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown
    ground
    beef
    and
    onion in salad oil (drain off fat). Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 1/2 hours.
